Baby Sitting Charges
Min 3 hours @$16.00 per hour with a booking fee of $30.00
If you are staying at a different hotel please check with them who may be able to assist you further with babysitting services during your stay.
Springtime in Auckland in September sees a variety of weather conditions it can be cold one day, to being sunny and hot the next. The amount of sunshine expected in a normal day is 11 hours, and the rainfall average is 40mm. Temperatures can expect to range from 10 to 16 degrees Celsius.
All communication with registered delegates will be by email wherever an email address is provided. If you register and do not receive a confirmation either by within 5 working days please contact the Conference Manager by phone on +64 (04) 474 9657 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the Conference.
The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Neither the Conference Organisers nor the Organising Committee will take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Please speak to your travel agent or airline in regard to this matter.
All tea breaks and lunches will be served amongst the exhibition. We recognise that some delegates may have special dietary requirements. Please advise the Conference Manager via the registration form or via email should you require alternative arrangements be made on your behalf.
Please Note: Dietary requirements received less than 72 hours prior to the event cannot be guaranteed. Kosher meals may be available, however please note this will be at an additional cost.

There is a Wilson Car park inside the Pullman Hotel and next to the Quadrant Hotel.

The Pullman offers valet parking @$35.00 per day with unlimited entry/exit
In registering for this event relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, and other parties directly related to the Conference. You will be requested at registration to agree for your details to be distributed to these parties.
