Pullman’s flagship venue, Princes Ballroom is situated on Lobby Level. Ideal for conference, dinner, cocktail, weddings and exhibition events this grand scale venue, caters for up to 650 people for a seated dinner. An elegant and sophisticated space, Princes Ballroom boasts an impressive ceiling height of 4.1m at its highest point providing event organisers with lots of flexibility in theming and layout. Natural daylight is also offered by the adjacent terrace, which can be packaged with Princes Ballroom for pre-dinner festivities and later on, coffee and petit fours.
Situated at the side of the hotel on the lower lobby level, the Gallery rooms offer natural light in a versatile and flexible setting. Used as either one large area with the capacity to hold 220 people, or alternatively divided into three separate Gallery spaces; both layouts provide access to a Lounge which can be used as a break out area.
Located on the Lower Lobby level of Pullman Auckland, the Regatta Room is an enclosed function space, catering for up to 500 guests. The Regatta Room can be split into four smaller meeting rooms catering for smaller groups, or alternatively used as one large space, ideal for trade shows and exhibitions.
